What an amazing 35th Annual TRAS Watersports Clinic! This year we celebrated the longevity of the program and are proud to boast of three generations of volunteers! The dedication, hard work and coordination of everyone involved in our program resulted in success and smiles out on the waters of Conneaut Lake. We had 52 participants and 86 volunteers as well as many friends and family members. We seamlessly rotated three sets of boats and PWC’s in and out of the IBC which helped shorten the participants’ wait time.
We are thankful for the strong alliances with our sponsors who continue to support our mission to provide outstanding adaptive recreation opportunities to people with disabilities. Each year we strive to improve our program as we continue to work on succession training. Hopefully with the help of our amazing volunteers, this awesome program can continue well into the future. Every one of our volunteers contributed to making the participants’ experience memorable and important. We encourage you to share your thoughts and experience through the feedback form on our website. Please continue to spread the word about our amazing organization, Three Rivers Adaptive Sports! We have tentatively scheduled next year’s clinic for July 13th-16th! Gratefully yours, Barbi and Marcia |
