​Safety and Misconduct Awareness Training Course
You must complete an awareness training course, or a refresher course, every year.
Only those volunteers that will be in supervisory roles with possible unsupervised authority over and regular contact with our participants are required to complete this training and/or a refresher course yearly.
You have 2 options to complete the training:

1. The first is a free 180-minute course through the University of Pittsburgh. Follow the link:

• Login to your account or register at the upper left corner.
• If you have previously completed this course, you can view your certificate using the "My Certificates" link at the top of the page.
• To take the course click the course in light blue under "Your Courses" on the left side of the welcome page. If there is not a course listed in light blue then select "Click here to Enroll in a new Course", complete your information, and then the course should appear on the welcome page.

• Remember to download and save your training certificate upon completion of either course.

2. The second is a 90-minute course through SafeSport for $20. Follow the link :        https://safesporttrained.org/?KeyName=FMUtra-uS7p4W

• Sign up to open an account
• Follow steps as outlined
• Click on  'Enroll'
• Click on 'Catalogue'
• Choose 'SafeSport Trained - Move United'
• Go to your Shopping Cart and use the code DSUSADISCOUNT
• Apply code to receive a $3.00 discount
• Proceed to Checkout
• Complete your course
