Congratulations Dan Swanson
Congratulations to long time TRAS friend and ski instructor Dan Swanson who received the 2024 Bob Gilmour Alpine Ski Instructor Extraordinaire award at the 38th Annual National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic in Snowmass, Colorado.
Dan was selected for this year's award from among more than 100 of the top adaptive ski instructors attending the event from throughout the USA and Canada. Dan has been attending the WSC for many years and has always given his all to provide top notch adaptive ski instruction to US veterans at the worlds largest adaptive sports event. Way to go Dan! We are proud to count you among our friends and thank you for your commitment to serving our friends, neighbors and military veterans throughout the year! |

Barbi Baum; Hall of Fame Inductee

We are so proud of our very own Barbi Baum who was inducted into the Adaptive Sports Hall of Fame in July and received her award yesterday at a beautiful luncheon in her honor at Shannopin Country Club.
Barbi received this recognition for her many accomplishments and contributions to disabled sports. She is an amazing woman and incredible athlete who overcame obstacles to participate and excel in adaptive sports. Congratulations @bbaumer18 ! |
